Financial Coaches Gary & Mary
Gary and Mary have been married over 20 years. They met online, not knowing they lived in the same neighborhood just miles apart.
Mary has a background in banking and is a published author!
Mary devotes a lot of time mentoring to youth and young ladies. During the week Mary enjoys leading ladies in their Bible studies.
Gary is a submarine veteran and semi-retired. Gary has found his true passion, helping people move from debt to wealth creation.
When not coaching couples, you will find him volunteering with the Middle & High School Ministries guiding 6th grade young men and Freshmen young men in their Christian journey.

The Nightmare for us
We begin to build our dream home using the equity in our home, cash-flow, and credit cards, YES, credit cards, lots of credit cards, 33 of them! HEY, they we have a fantastic FICO score! Debt is good, right?
Then, just as we were finishing our home, the housing crash of 2008 hit, eating up the equity. Credit card interest rates soared overnight! We finished the home on a prayer. A family loan bailed out the first home from foreclosure! Even the realtor gave up his commission to help us close. Getting a loan on the new home was not happening, since our FICO score was trashed. We paid off $117,000 in debt, making 50K a year. We lived like no-one-else for SEVEN years to save our dream home, and to live like no one else NOW!

In 2011, someone displayed outrageous generosity, and stepped up BIG TIME, and paid ($15,000) for 75 people to take Financial Peace University, FPU at a church in Louisville, KY.
75 people from all walks of life started their journey to financial freedom; we finished! But sadly, less than 40 finished.
We dug in; we had too. We were in the deep end of the debt pool drowning! Collections calls, civil judgments, NO cash in our wallet!
Stress, anxiety, feel hopeless, your name it, we experienced it!
